I'm an SEO specialist based in Hasnabad, Keraniganj — just across the Buriganga from Old Dhaka. Four years ago I started with design and YouTube channels. Today I help local businesses get found on Google, on Maps, and inside AI answers.
My name is Ashad Ahamad and I do SEO from Keraniganj, a twenty-minute drive from Old Dhaka. I'm not an agency and I'm not trying to look like one. One person, four years of client work, and a habit of answering my own WhatsApp messages.

Everything on this page points to something public and verifiable. That is the whole idea.
Client work since 2021 — from YouTube channels to local and AI search.
Genuinely good at six things, not mediocre at twenty.
Every identity below is public, so you can verify before you hire.
An honest first answer — even if it is "you don't need SEO yet".

I grew up in Barishal and studied at Janata College, Dumki, in Patuakhali. Design came first — book covers, posters, wedding cards, the kind of work you learn by doing twenty versions of the same thing until the client stops frowning. Behance is still where I keep that side of my life; it is the honest record of where I started.
The problem with design work is that it is judged by the client, not by the customer. I'd hand over a beautiful website, the client would love it, and then three months later they'd call to ask why nobody was visiting. The site looked better than their competitor's. It just wasn't anywhere on Google.
That question — why does a better website get fewer customers — is what pushed me into SEO around 2021. I started with YouTube, because that's where I could see results fastest. Titles, thumbnails, the first thirty seconds, hashtags, watch time. When a video that had been sitting at 200 views started doing 40,000, it wasn't luck — it was a specific set of changes I could explain and repeat.
Then I moved that thinking onto websites. Local businesses first: a clinic in Dhaka that needed to appear for treatment searches, a furniture showroom that wanted map visibility, a few small online stores. The work was less glamorous than design — fixing category names in a Google Business Profile is not portfolio material — but the phone rang, and that changed how I saw the job.
Now the same shift is happening again with AI search. People ask ChatGPT which clinic to visit or which consultant to hire, and the answer names three businesses. Most Bangladeshi small businesses are not in those answers yet, and there is almost nobody here helping them get there properly. That's the work I do now, alongside normal SEO.
…than mediocre at twenty. These are the six.
What your customers actually type into Google — mapped by intent and by how hard each term is to win, so every page on your site has a clear job.
What your competitors rank for, where their traffic really comes from, and the gaps you can realistically win this quarter — before you spend a taka.
Titles, headings, internal links, schema and copy that answers the question in the first two lines — page by page, done properly.
Crawl budget, indexation, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals, schema errors, redirect chains. I'm comfortable in HTML, CSS and a bit of JavaScript — I fix things instead of filing tickets.
Category and service architecture, geo-tagged photos, weekly posts, review routines and area landing pages. For a business with a physical address, this is almost always the fastest path to more calls.
Citations, genuine brand mentions and honest outreach that build authority slowly — no bought links, nothing that ever puts your domain at risk.
Nobody teaches SEO properly in Bangladesh. There's no course that tells you why a page that looks perfect sits on page four. So the learning curve was mostly public failures.

I optimised a channel for a client — changed the titles, rebuilt the thumbnails, added chapters — and watched a video that had been flat for months start picking up views. That taught me the thing that matters most in this industry: a title is not decoration, it's the promise that decides whether anyone clicks at all.
Learned the hard way with a clinic client. Their site was fine; their Google Business Profile was a disaster — wrong primary category, no services listed, three photos from 2019. Fixing the profile alone moved them into the map pack within six weeks. Most of this job is finding the one obvious thing nobody bothered to fix.
I kept hitting problems I couldn't talk my way out of — crawl budget, duplicate URLs from an old plugin, a theme that loaded 4 MB of slider images on mobile. I learned to read Search Console properly, then Screaming Frog, then enough HTML and CSS to fix things myself instead of sending instructions to someone who didn't care.
I built a prompt-tracking sheet for my own clients because every paid tool was tracking American brands, then started rewriting pages answer-first and watching which ones got quoted. It's early, the rules are still being written — and that's exactly why it's worth doing now.
Everything I do is built around clarity, honest reporting and work that doesn't put your business at risk.
Every fix comes with one sentence explaining the reason. If you can't explain it to your business partner, I've failed at my job.
I've never photoshopped a Search Console screenshot and I won't start with your project. If a month goes badly, the report says so and explains what I'm changing.
Your domain, your hosting, your Analytics, your Google Business Profile. If you fire me tomorrow, you keep every asset and every login.
Tools don't make an SEO, but you should know what's being used on your account.
If you already pay for a tool, I'll use yours instead of asking you to buy mine.
A page like this can say anything. So here is what you can actually check, in about ten minutes.
What you won't find is a list of certificates I bought in a weekend. If a specific certification matters to you, ask and I'll tell you exactly what I have and what I don't.
I don't run large-scale link campaigns — the kind that need a team of outreach specialists and a budget in lakhs. I don't do enterprise e-commerce with fifty thousand SKUs, or app store optimisation, or multilingual sites with complex hreflang.
If your project needs those, I'll tell you at the first call and point you to someone better suited — which is more useful than taking the retainer and learning on your money.
A freelance SEO consultant based in Hasnabad, Keraniganj, Dhaka, working since 2021 across local SEO, technical SEO, AI search visibility and YouTube SEO. Also a graphic designer by training, which is why design and SEO usually come from the same person on my projects.
Four years of client work — roughly 2021 to now — starting with YouTube optimisation and moving into local and technical SEO for small and medium businesses in Dhaka, Barishal and Khulna. Before that, several years of freelance graphic design.
Hasnabad, Keraniganj, Dhaka — about twenty minutes from Old Dhaka. In-person meetings are possible anywhere in Dhaka with a day's notice; clients outside Dhaka are handled remotely over WhatsApp and video calls.
Yes, mainly through Fiverr and referrals — SEO audits, YouTube optimisation and design work for buyers in the US, UK, Australia and the Gulf. Local Bangladeshi businesses are still the majority of my work.
Yes, and I'd prefer you did. The Google Business Profile, Fiverr reviews, Behance portfolio and Medium articles linked above are all public. I can also walk you through a live Search Console account on a call, with the client's permission, before you commit to anything.
If you've read this far, you probably have a specific problem in mind. Send it to me — the URL, the area you serve, and what's not working. I'll reply within 24 hours with an honest first impression, even if the answer is "you don't need SEO yet".
