AI SEO Consultant in Bangladesh — Found on Google, Quoted by AI
I'm Ashad Ahamad. For four years I've helped clinics, coaching centres, showrooms and online stores get found on Google, on Google Maps, and inside the answers ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews now give your customers. One person, one phone number, no account manager in the middle.
Your customers are searching. Are they finding you?
I work as an AI SEO consultant in Bangladesh, which is a fancy way of saying I make sure a business shows up in the three places people now look: Google's normal results, the map pack on a phone, and the answer box that ChatGPT or Google's AI writes for them. Most agencies here still only do the first one, and half of them do it badly. That gap is the whole reason I do this job.
Open your phone and search what your customer would search — “dental clinic near me”, “best coaching centre in Jatrabari”, “wholesale cosmetics supplier Dhaka”. If you're not in the first three results or on the map, you're invisible — no matter how good your work is.
The second shift is newer: people now ask ChatGPT instead of Google, and the AI answers with three or four names — everyone else simply doesn't exist in that conversation. My job is to fix both in the same 90 days: rank you on Google and Maps, then structure your content so AI tools have something clear and trustworthy to quote.
About my work
One person, start to finish
You talk to the person doing the work. No account manager translating your problem into a ticket. If I promise something, I'm the one who has to deliver it.
Plain language, no invented numbers
If I can't explain a fix in two sentences without jargon, I don't understand it well enough to sell it. You'll see Search Console, GBP insights and call data — yours, not screenshots from someone else's project.
Local context, honest “no”
A Keraniganj customer searches differently from a Gulshan one, and Bangla queries are still badly served here. And if SEO isn't your bottleneck, I'll tell you before taking your money.
Three places your business has to show up in 2027
Organic results, the map pack, and AI answers — cover all three and customers find you before they ever see a competitor's ad.

Google Search — still the biggest front door
Organic results are where buyers with intent land. Ranking there needs a page that actually answers the query, internal links that tell Google it matters, and technical health so the page can load fast on a mid-range phone over 4G.
Google Maps — where local money is decided
For “near me” searches in Dhaka and Keraniganj, Maps is often the only thing a customer looks at before calling. You can't move your shop, but you can absolutely fix categories, services, photos, reviews and the landing page your profile points to.
AI answers — the newest front door
Answer-first paragraphs, FAQ schema, consistent business information and citations on sites AI models trust. It is not magic and it is not a plugin — it is structured writing plus reputation, tracked monthly with a fixed set of prompts.
What I actually do — six services that cover the whole funnel
From keyword research to the links that build authority — the full SEO stack, one person, one report you can read in five minutes.
All servicesKeyword research
Every project starts here: the exact phrases your customers type — English and Bangla, “near me” and area-based. You get a keyword map that decides which pages to build, fix or merge. No guessing, no vanity keywords.
Competitor analysis
Who outranks you in your area, why, and what it takes to pass them. I track their pages, reviews, links and GBP activity every month — you get a gap list with priorities, not a screenshot dump.
On-page SEO
Titles, headings, content structure, internal links and schema on every money page — one strong page per service, per area, written answer-first so both Google and AI answers can quote it.
Technical SEO & site health
Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, duplicate content, broken internal links and schema errors. I fix them myself — I don't send you a 60-page audit and disappear. WordPress + Elementor is my usual environment.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
The highest-return work for any business with a physical address in Bangladesh. Categories, services, photos, weekly posts, review routine, spam-fighting and a landing page for each area you serve. The fastest route to phone calls.
Off-page SEO & link building
Local citations, genuine local links, brand mentions and review velocity — the authority signals that move competitive keywords. A handful of real, earned links beats a thousand directory submissions.
SEO or Facebook ads — which one first?
The most common question I get from Bangladeshi business owners — and the honest answer depends on how fast you need the phone to ring.
Facebook & Google Ads
Work immediately and stop immediately. The moment you stop paying, the enquiries stop. Right when you have a launch, a seasonal push, stock to clear, or a cash-flow problem this month.
Wrong as a permanent strategy — because you're renting attention you never own.
SEO
Takes eight to twelve weeks to show movement and then keeps compounding. A page that ranks third for “dental implant Gulshan” keeps bringing patients for years, and the cost per lead drops every month it stays there.
Right when your customer is actively searching for what you sell — and you can afford to think past this quarter.
Six signs your business needs SEO
- You rank for your own name but nothing else. If searching what you actually sell doesn't work, you have a brand page, not an SEO strategy.
- Your competitors' reviews are growing and yours aren't. Review velocity is one of the strongest local signals — and the easiest to fix.
- Your Google Business Profile has no photos from the last year. An abandoned profile signals an abandoned business.
- You have one page for twelve services. Nothing can rank when everything competes on the same URL.
- Your site takes more than four seconds on mobile. In Bangladesh, this alone can cost you half your visitors.
- You have no idea where your enquiries come from. If you can't tell, you can't tell what's working.
Six signs it doesn't
- Average sale under ৳500 and you're already busy. Paid ads or a better offer will beat a retainer.
- Product out of stock or service quality inconsistent. SEO sends customers you can't serve — worse than no traffic.
- You need results this week. SEO doesn't work on that clock. Facebook Ads does. I'll tell you which one you're actually asking for.
- Nobody searches for what you sell — yet. Brand-new categories need awareness first. SEO captures demand that already exists; it can't create it.
- You're rebranding or relocating in 2–3 months. New name, new address or new domain means rebuilding everything — do that first, then invest once.
- Enquiries come in, and nobody follows up. Missed calls and unreplied WhatsApps don't need more traffic — they need a system. Fix that first.
The combination most clients end up with: ads running for the first two months to cover cash flow, while SEO builds underneath. By month four, organic enquiries start replacing the paid ones. If you can only afford one, I'll tell you which fits — even when it's the cheaper one for me.
Un-glamorous work, measurable movement
Clean technical foundations, one strong page per service and per area, a properly built Google Business Profile, real reviews, and content that answers the questions people type before they buy.

SEO vs Facebook Ads for small business
Where a limited budget should go first — demand research first, then ads for cash flow and SEO for compounding. The exact sequence I run for owner-run businesses in Dhaka.

The 20-point SEO audit checklist
The exact checklist I run before quoting a project: technical health, money pages, GBP categories, review velocity, schema and tracking — the same audit that's free for first-time enquiries.

How to get mentioned inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews: title tags, meta descriptions, rich snippets and answer-first content — with monthly prompt tracking, not vague promises.

Google Maps ranking in Dhaka
On-page focus keywords plus GBP categories, services, photos and reviews — the local pack in Dhaka moves in 4–8 weeks when the profile and landing page are done properly.
Your first 90 days, week by week
No mystery process. A written plan with priorities at the end of week two, and a monthly report you can read in five minutes: what moved, what didn't, what happens next month.
Days 1–14Audit & foundations
Full technical audit, keyword map, competitor gap analysis, Search Console and Analytics access, Google Business Profile claim and clean-up, call and form tracking installed.
Days 15–45Fixes & money pages
Fix what's broken, rewrite your core service pages answer-first, build location pages for the areas worth targeting, and add schema. The unglamorous middle where most of the ranking is won.
Days 46–75Reviews, links & content velocity
A review-request routine your staff can follow, weekly Google posts, local citations, the first round of genuinely earned links and two or three supporting blog posts.
Days 76–90AI visibility & measurement
Prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, fix what the data shows, and reporting that shows rankings, calls and enquiries — not just impressions.

Most clients are between two and fifty employees. The pattern is always the same — and the sectors I know best:
Where I work
Based in Hasnabad, Keraniganj — about twenty minutes from Old Dhaka. I'm originally from Barishal, studied in Patuakhali, and still take clients across the south. In-person meetings anywhere in Dhaka with a day's notice; everyone else gets WhatsApp, Zoom and a shared folder that always has the latest report in it.

Everything you need to know
Questions I get asked before hiring — answered honestly, even when the answer is “not yet” or “not me”.
Contact supportAnyone who answers that about themselves is selling, not consulting. “Best” depends on your industry, area and budget. What I can tell you is what I'm good at — local SEO, AI search visibility, YouTube SEO and clinics — and what I'm not: enterprise link campaigns and huge e-commerce catalogues. Judge consultants on clarity, not logos.
Realistic range for a small business is ৳20,000–৳60,000 a month, with most Dhaka SMEs landing around ৳35,000. One-off audits run ৳10,000–৳25,000. Anything under ৳10,000 a month is usually a report from a template. Be suspicious of anyone quoting a fixed price without seeing your site.
Sometimes, and not by a trick. AI answers quote sources that are clear, consistent and corroborated elsewhere. Practically: one accurate business description repeated across your site, Google Profile and directories; FAQ blocks that answer real questions in 40–60 words; and third-party mentions on sites the models trust. I track it monthly with a fixed set of prompts.
Map pack movement often shows in 4–8 weeks. Organic movement for a low-competition area like Keraniganj or Jatrabari can show in 8–12 weeks. Competitive terms in Gulshan or Banani usually take 4–6 months. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either targeting a keyword nobody searches or planning something that will get you penalised later.
Not strictly — a Google Business Profile can rank on its own. But a profile without a matching landing page converts worse and ranks lower for competitive terms. The minimum I recommend is a fast one-page site with your services, area, photos, phone number and FAQ, plus proper LocalBusiness schema. That's a ৳25,000 build, not a ৳3,00,000 project.
SEO gets you into the blue links on Google. AEO (answer engine optimisation) gets you into the direct answer — featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice results. GEO (generative engine optimisation) gets you mentioned inside generated answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The same clear, well-structured page tends to win all three.
Yes. I'm from Barishal and I keep clients in Barishal, Khulna, Bhola, Patuakhali and Pirojpur. Local SEO works fine remotely as long as you can send photos, answer questions about your customers, and let someone at your end handle review requests. I visit two or three times a year for the bigger accounts.
If a single customer is worth ৳5,000 or more and you can serve more of them, yes — usually within the first three months. If your average sale is ৳200 and you're already at capacity, paid ads or a better offer will beat SEO. I'll run that maths with you on the first call rather than sell you a retainer you don't need.
Ready to be found — on Google and inside AI answers?
Send me your website (or your Facebook page if you don't have one), the areas you serve, and one sentence about what a good month looks like for you. I'll look at it myself and reply within 24 hours with the first three things I'd fix. No pitch deck, no discovery call you have to sit through.
